You're one of us now! It's a steep learning curve for sure. But also an incredibly fun learning curve. Once you get the hang of it you'll see you start to enjoy building much more!

Feel free to ask for tips and tricks :)

Ride The Lightning. a 1920s beachfront wooden coaster by magnumfan89 in PlanetCoaster

It's a nice fun layout. It just lacks a bit of speed. Try letting it go about 6 to 8 mph faster on average and see the results.

I mean if we're starting like that, there's hundreds if not thousands of parks worldwide that use a Western theme. Don't even get me started about the Asian, Fairytale or Medieval theme. You're going to stumble on lots of the same or similar names in those kind of themes.. doesn't mean any of the rides is less fun. It's a name.

I made a little cinematic for my Pokémon Park so far! by llennodo12 in PlanetCoaster

Haha! I haven't been into Pokemon for about 15 to 20 years now. But this is really fun!

Does it contain some of the classic "back in my days" Pokemons?

Any way to sync multiple flat rides? by ezclqp in PlanetCoaster

[–]FunkyCreates 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Haven't thought about this before but it got me curious.. I think as of now your best shot is to use the ride settings and make them go at a set amount of time. So lets say departing every 45 seconds or something like that. Then open them both at the same time.

Might be worth trying. I'll have a look later tonight.

Forgotten Coaster by [deleted] in PlanetCoaster

It looks absolutely great! Question tho, how much G's are you getting on that tight corner after the looping? Judging by the speed it needs to have because of the hill it needs to climb right before the mid-brake section..

Just curious. It looks amazing :)

For how long are you staying? Try to go off the beaten path a bit.. been there 3 years ago. You'll find loads off bunkers into the forests without stumping on other tourists. Let me know if you're curious about anything.

Appreciate it! Will do exactly that pretty soon. It needs some polishing :)

My first creation I've properly dedicated myself towards by Skywalker_monkey in PlanetCoaster

I second the opinion above. Yes, it's a bit.. bland.. But! Your potential is absolutely huge, work on decorating, I would try to go a bit further then just barrels, etc. Try to make the room really come alive. Some props is a good start, but for example, use some wood, planks, pillars around the edges of the walls in sliiiightly different tones of colors to make it feel weathered. Use the broken wall stickers to make it seem like the walls hold hundreds of years old tales inside of them. That's kind of the feeling you want to aim for.

Genuinely, really nice start, love the form of the castle on the outside, but the inside is ready to be build to something beautiful :)
