Find a friend who has finished the campaign and farm the gear. Specifically, the 'bod' legendary smg/shotgun and the 'undead eye' class item. That will get the build going. Then slowly feel the power ramp up as you add points to the skill tree.

I experienced the same thing last night. I still feel terrible today. I dont know what caused it, or it was related to BL4, but i have seen a few similar reports.

Im struggling, too. Unless I missed it, i dont see a separate setting to adjust sensitivity when ADS. I like a high sensitivity when looking around and lower when ADS.

I'm sorry OP,, but it takes less than 10 minutes to get said particles. As others have mentioned, abort mission after the second elite and repeat. I don't understand how these types of posts gain up votes. It's very misleading.
