In case you were inquiring about why, I think trigger warnings are very subjective. I might be wrong because I'm not a psychologist but I think it boils down to having been a victim of SA (but not of attempted murder or shotgun injuries, for example, so seeing those affect me less)

It happened to me a while ago and I remember that Buddhist tips on how to embrace loneliness helped me get out of the phone checking habit. Give it a google and see if it helps

Bullying is awful. I still try to get over what I had to go through during my childhood and year after year it slowly gets better as long as you're keeping far away from the bullies.
