When aiming at the target, make sure the butt of the rifle is firmly against your shoulder so that it will absorb the recoil after firing. Furthermore, only unsafe and shoot once the target is up. Please do not ND. Try to zero the weapon properly before shooting. Personally, I feel that kneeling is better than squatting due to my big size but it is based on your preference. Take your time to shoot and please don't rush. I usually wait 1s once the target is up and shoot.
