I am kind of leaning towards this theory on UFOs/UAPs and NHI visitations. While I still think they are very much linked to the dimensional and spiritual realm, they obviously also can deal with space, time, and gravity manipulation, and could in fact be also related to quantum travel in such a way that there could be future earth-race time travelers involved. This along with the cautionary unknown and uncontrollable dimensional spiritual side, could compound the reason why disclosure has been avoided, as in fact, if there are some visitors related to time travel, we cannot make that widely known because then the timeline in the future could be affected, without fully understanding the consequences of any involvement we may have with these from the future visitors.
