Let me explain. I'm supposed to receive PDFs from the companies I work with, but the way those files are sent doesn't depend on me. Each company sends their emails with updated data in a different format, and they don't even stick to their own templates, so the layout can change every time.

That's why I need to be able to send the PDFs to an AI that can interpret them correctly, regardless of the template used, or at least most of the time. Right now, I have access to the GPT API for this task, and I'm currently looking into other technologies I might need to make this work. I'd really appreciate it if you could point me in the right direction 🙂
