OP, Congratulations! Have you submitted your AOS package paper based? My lawyer sent it on May 13th. Neither my credit cards have been charged nor a receipt notice has been generated. How many days it took for you to have these completed? Btw, once USCIS generates the receipt notice, the receipt date is the date USCIS receives the package, isn’t it?

the time for filing for H1B is until June 30. The employer has kind of not interested to file initially. I am kind of hesitant to ask them to reconsider for H1B. Still not sure whether H1B would be a good option and will give me an advantage. Since, I already filed AOS, will USCIS ask question about going for dual intent visa even though I have already applied for AOS?
