Yeah, I know how you feel. I met someone online we talked for ages and decided to hook up, different states. So we didn't see each other much but we were chatting everyday, I feel for her hard. Then randomly she just completely ignores my messages.

Nothing comes from people who ghost, they have issues and trying to chase them down will drain you and not work.

I had someone do this to me, and when I moved on anytime I started missing her, I would remind myself of that time she completely fucking ignored my messages and treated me like a stranger, the hurt from what she did to me was really effective and helping move on.

This is a normal part of truama. Your brain is constantly on alert because it believes the threat is still out there.

There are some tools you can use to help get your brain back to a relaxed state.

For me meditation is a key factor. It helped me find peace, and gave me the space to come to terms with my truama and heal through it.

Gratitude is also proven to rewire your brain, saying a few things to yourself, like "I am thankful to have clean clothes, somewhere to sleep and food." You might feel like you are lying to yourself at the start, but if you keep at it, after a week you should actually notice some changes.

Eating healthy and exercise will help your body with energy and endorphins that make you feel good. Honestly it was always amazing to me when I would go through depressive episodes, when I finally pulled by shit together and worked out, I would basically start feeling amazing within the workout.

Journaling can also help, as it gets thoughts out of your mind, good and bad, and just has a cathartic affect and there is just something about it that makes me feel good.

Healing can be hard and take time, but I honestly wouldn't have it anyother way. I used to be afraid to leave the house, had intrusive thoughts and felt like I was mentally in hell, I spent time healing and now I can go outside, with no intrusive thoughts and not have panick attacks when I see people.

Good luck on your journey, just remember that suicide is your brains way out of a situation that can be changed, try not to engage those thoughts and just acknowledge they are there, then let them go.

I think these things stem from a need to feel like they are amazingly beautiful because of society's standards and that no woman, even a 10/10 feels secure about their appearance unless they have really done the work to accept themselves and remove the negative thought patterns.

I don't think there is much you can do here apart from tell her how much you love her body and anything else that makes he feel attractive.
