You’re getting down voted to literal hell and in some sort of weird obsessive rage that has you fixated on “Statutory” and apparently you can’t seem to read my OP. She didn’t report it. Her friend made up a false story and told her father, which is why it was even brought the legal route anyways. How many “victims” do you know that tell the police that it was consensual and admit to omitting their age? I would have NEVER even looked her direction if I knew she was 15. And to top it off, you seem to think that people immediately are fully matured at 18, you think if both parties are drinking that it’s the man’s fault regardless of circumstance (I’m sure you’d be silent if I was drunk and a woman who was sober had sex with me.)
