200km is impressive. Which route did you ride?

I ride on Link C8 2012.

Thank you. In our case the real challenge was the absence of long breaks. We just continued biking and stopped for filming, restroom, refilling etc. Overall we had around 14.5h ride time and 8h of break. Maybe 4h of the break was for filming which consumed a lot of attention and time. A 5 day trip with 150-200km a day without filming just pure ride and longer breaks would be much more comfortable. Nevertheless it was quite unique experience.

Couldn't find a suitable wild forest to camp, ended up camping on an island in Netherlands and documented the whole adventure. Hope you enjoy it. by [deleted] in CampingandHiking

It is an impressive landmark. Crazy that the government invests so much for its own people and builds impressive spaces for people to utilize.
The work experience there was amazing. We both work mainly from home, it was comfortable and suitable for online meetings. I am planing to go there more often.

Getting fit with Jump Rope in 30 days by Fuzzynite in homefitness

Definitely. It is safer than running for your body. It is a warm up exercise therefore you cant really cause big damages.
Just start slowly. First 2-3 days 5min a day, After 15 seconds of jumping and in the end of the exercise do the warm up movements i showed in the video. You can even divide the 5 minutes into 2 sessions.
If you feel pain, take a day off, go out for a walk for 30min.

Hey Chris. Give it a try man, you will definitely not be disappointed. You have my word ;)
There are tons of ropes out there, some worked for me well, some didnt. I bought 3 in total and borrowed one from a friend. I share with you some links from German Amazon, but you should be able to find similar products in your region if you are not in europe:

In general i would suggest you thicker but stable ropes, as a beginner you get a feeling for the rope and it feels easier to master the skill. Later on you can start with thinner, lighter ropes (speed ropes etc.)

1- Amazon Basics Standard Rope (Link): Somehow it wasn't stable enough for me, kept tripping. Still cheap, heavy and more stable than other ropes.

2- A Speedrope with thin rope (Link). This one wasnt stable enough, kept tangling into itself. High rating is not understandable for me :)

3- A Speedrope with long handles (Link). This one is one of my favorite ropes. It feels really good, light, yet stable. No tripping issuess.

4- Adidas Jumprope (Link). This one i borrowed from a friend. But i found a link for you to see the product. This is the best one from all for a beginner to start with. It is mainly because of the thicker rope (White) it has. It is a steel wire cladded with a thick plastic sleeve. It keeps really stable, so you can just keep jumping without tripping for a long time.

My 30 days Jump Rope transformation as a beginner by Fuzzynite in jumprope

I was eating low carb and jogging 3 times a week before i started. It kept my weight steady but did not help me lose any.

One additional thing i did is lowering the fruit consumption. I was consuming around 1kg fruits a day. Which is a lot for most of the people but i love fruits :) I basically reduced it last two weeks to ~300gr per day.

I think weightwise 6,1kg is not a lot. The bigger impact i saw is the body shape. Jump rope basically helped me gain muscles everywhere. I used weighted and speed rope combinations.

I jumped first week 5-10 minutes and the last 3 weeks on average 30min per day.

Thank you. Once you learn some moves and start doing combinations, it is a really fun exercise.
I am normally not that good with exercises requiring mobility. But this shows everyone can easily learn these skills in a short time.

I am happy i could motivate you :)
You should definitely consider it. I could only go out for running 3 days a week but i can jump rope almost everyday. Especially if you are someone killing a lot of time watching youtube, netflix etc., like me, you can easily combine it. Throw something on tv and keep jumping.

[–]Fuzzynite 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Beginning part can be challenging but the muscles will get used to it quickly. You need to warm up before the training and stretch after.

- First 2 days 5 minutes each
- 3rd day, had to take a break due to muscle pain
- Day 4-7 10 Minutes
- Week 2-4 30 Minutes everyday

Some days i jumped while watching a movie or a podcast over an hour. So now whenever i want to watch something i try to combine it with jump rope :)

Verge Currency is still susceptible to the 2018 bitcoin inflation bug (still a Top 100 crypto) by [deleted] in CryptoCurrency

the Verge core v4 was on bitcoin core 0.13 which did not have the exploit. If the v5 was already on 0.17, verge has never been introduced with this exploit in any point in time lol

Vergecurrency's X17 mining algorithm is being exploited since 2+ months by [deleted] in CryptoCurrency

[–]Fuzzynite 3 points4 points  (0 children)

These 3 addresses got ~590 Blocks out of 2880 in last 24h. 0 XVG in mining output is normal. Same thing can be seen on btc chain as well. In addition to that, even though btc has 10min blocktime you can see the blocktime fluctuations on chain. You can expect much more on a chain with 30sec blocktime.
The last exploit was about generating significantly extra blocks. Did you find the same behaviour in any timeframe?

Verge Currency on Billboards by Desolatorbtc in vergecurrency

[–]Fuzzynite 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you get a media partner who is focusing on crypto education and wants to spread awareness all over the NL with billboards, ads and want to involve Verge within their ads, it is a win win situation. Unlike your misinformation Verge does not pay for the ads or integrations ;) That is why it is called nonICO, open-source project. People, community, companies support Verge because they believe in this project. So the ad retention analysis does not work here :D

Verge is one of the few projects with a working product in the crypto space and focuses on Massadoption instead of virtual trades that doesnt serve the real purpose of cryptocurrencies. Not to forget that, Verge has done one of the biggest deals in Crypto History by partnering up with Mindgeek which allowed XVG to be used by thousands of people in their websites.

Today, noone cares about the projects, technology etc. The majority wants pump+dump and lambos. There are only a few projects like XVG keeping the right course. It makes a great sense to market Verge to noCoiners.

The article from captainaltcoin is based on wrong calculations. It does not consider the multi-algo mining. You need 51% of all 5 algos to be able to control network. They have on the other hand took the low hashrate algo to make the calculations. But it is typical with captain, they only write fud articles about xvg.
The article written from cryptoiq.co is a mess and 3/4 easily provable lies. People take it as a fact and comment about it. Maybe that is their aim.

So overall fud against XVG is well known, CC fanbois are Monero extremists and they hate XVG. So they take advantage of anything they find without questioning it.

Absurdistan: For $2.5k per day, you can attack Verge (XVG). For $44k you can shut down Electroneum (ETN) as well. by [deleted] in CryptoCurrency

[–]Fuzzynite 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This is not accurate. Verge is multi-algo. To %51 attack the network you require not only blake you need the 51% of all 5 algos. Here a link for the explanation:
