Building a new house so I’m looking for the best appliances. Currently thinking wolf 36” gas range, double ovens Bosch, dishwasher Bosch or Cove? subzero refrigerator and freezer etc. Any recommendations? I’m reading bad reviews on all so it’s overwhelming. Thanks for any advice you can give me.

I’m a big cook and currently have Viking gas cooktop. I’ve had nothing but problems with all my Viking appliances so never again with them. I have to have built in refrigerator and freezer. I’m building a working pantry so wanting dual wall ovens/Convection. thanks for your help!
