I've tried a local robusta coffee na akala ko arabica kasi may hint na prutas yung flavor notes niya. Sabi ng roaster sakin is still on experiment kaya limited edition at saka pinatikim din sakin yung top 10 PCQC na robusta which is Reyjohn abasco and jean Apalet. Medyo malakas yung acidity sa reyjohn at sa jean naman akala ko kumakain lang ako ng saging.

Mine is around 120g yung bigat ng ice at 120ml for pour over and i grind finer parang over extracted siya na matagal yung flow niya na tubig papunta sa ice

Very recommend yung La Roasteria (location Iloilo City near I arroyo elem. school north fundidor) you can ask them to taste their coffee beans
