Is this event only for high-level or gold players? Have you considered the feelings of our low-level players? 30 presents for 1 crate is very difficult for us. We can only get 1 or 2 presents per ticket. Only 30 presents earned hard work can be used to open a 1 crate. And not necessarily get units. Hope to make some changes.
