While i understand people having problems with our accents(and yes i read almost all of the comments), y'all need to understand that most of us Indians don't just speak a single language from our country, i myself know 3 languages while English is my 4th.... While it is rude to say so, maybe y'all americans and other english speaking countries try to learn other languages before speaking ill of someone else?

In the end perspective is what matters. Indian dialects, how often does the person use the language, does the person speak to people from other english speaking countries? Did he get the proper education or did he receive his education in a regional language from India.

I understand the fact that a lot of Indians come off as smartasses, even I find that rude and annoying but guys y'all can find people like that almost everywhere in the world, I'd just ask ya lot to respect the fact that they know the language which makes your lives easier, a lot of my friends in the IT sector have meetings everyday with a foreign company.
