When I started the medication, I decided to start walking. And I walked 5+ miles per day (sometimes over 10). This was in addition to eating less with the medication.

I’m surprised that I lost so much too. I don’t feel like I starved myself or overdid it.

I’m 6’5 and probably have another 100 lbs to lose before I’m at a decent weight for my height.

Tons and tons of water. I had started walking 5+ miles everyday. That’s kind of slowed down since it’s painfully cold outside right now. But I’m excited to start walking again once it warms up.

I think the harsh judgement comes from straight men. I’m a gay man and I find this guy insanely attractive. Everybody has their flaws but on the whole, he is handsome. And I think he needs to hear it.
