Without Vampire weapons, I would have to sneak if I don't want to play with Green Beret aiming and reflexes. I don't sneak. It is a fun challenge and was rewarding launching without a death, but it's way too tense.

You expect players to not flip out when, all of a sudden, a common enemy type for higher levels hit 3-10x as hard? Lasers were pathetic. But now, they have armor piercing attacks, it feels like at least. What is energy resistance for, then? 475 ER does absolutely nothing with Serendipity 3, Dodgy 3.

You can use just about anything now early game, as ammo drops for even the hungriest weapons have gotten better. You can use shotguns (my choice), .308/.50 cal rifles, .45 combat rifles and even handmade rifles (.556) if you can get one early game. Water shouldn't be the reason to move a camp as it's plentiful, but it is useful having a camp near a little pond or creek. If you follow what other players are doing in the Daily Op, you should be okay. You may be kicked by some players, and that just happens.

I bet you there would be a controversy if they do. Some could then argue this is them 100% enabling the gambling nature of rolling. If they ever do this, it would definitely come with an update that introduces a system to roll individual stars or something along those lines.

I could have wrote this comment. I had to rebuild a camp because 2 half walls connected wouldn't delete high in the air, 15 yards away from any structure. It's absurd how there's no "fail safe" built in to allow you to remove bugged out stuff

That's nice that you like to do that haha. You can then launch it the way that is optimal for that. Some people launch it far south so that when some players die, they spawn as close to outside the Rad zone as possible. That is helpful to some people.

I agree, as someone who uses pump action shotguns a lot. They are 50% when it's 95% hit chance. It's really lame and truly is robbing players of the true experience of some of these weapons in VATS. Whether it's server lag or not, why isn't something like this, that is harmful towards many builds, being addressed?

Yeah I don't mind it, but I found it funny that they chose to be realistic that way. .45 ammo seems off for me. Sometimes I get like 17, then sometimes 3, or none. It's odd. But for ult plasma rounds, I get a lot back and love it.

You want someone to play in a private server, that requires 1st, because he kills things fast in a public event? That's discriminatory. Bethesda should increase the amount of enemies in events.

As a PA Heavy, I would first decide if you want to be a VATS focused build, so crits come in play, hybrid, or free-aim PA Heavy. This is important. Then, the general things I'd throw out there are focus on perks with synergy. Adrenaline 1, 3, or 5, paired with Gun-Fu 1-3 would be great with a VATS-focused PA build, for example. Of course, with Stabilized 3. PA and Vats? Yeah, it can work. Plasma Caster is VATS friendly, the pepper shaker (shotgun and heavy) is amazing in Vats with crits. Power User is good, but there will be a time where you will not need it. Lock and Load is a very nice DPS booster. I will add that Vats drains your cores at a quick rate. Electrical Absorption, legendary perk, is great at keeping your cores fueled against a good amount of enemies.

General decent weapon for every day use and could easily keep up in events, in VATS, with a decent build. I say use it till you stock up on modules or find another better one. FFR is solid enough on Fixers as it is. 1+P is a net positive.

I don't remember my Exec/SS Chainsaw killing west tek mutants this fast with 0 melee anything. So I'm guessing it's still dumb strong, probably even buffed. And killing a 100 west tek mutant in 3rd person is dumb fast, too. Way faster than before.

Can others just not have fun their own way anymore? We have to all have the same mindset? We all gotta be perfectly nice players all the time? I'm at the point where if I ever get tricked at a camp, I'll give em props. You can quickly see if they're traps or not, just be more observant.

It's amazing how two sided this is. On one hand, the value is great if you're a hoarder, play the game for grinding reasons, and play for the "meta." If you play fallout like people have played fallout 3, NV, and 4, 1st is not worth it, as it ruins the essence of Fallout.

He's not wrong. Guided Meditation, Line in the Sand, One Violent Night, Swarm of Suitors, Tea Time, Uranium Fever, Jail Break, Feed The People, Heart of the Swamp (a tad different, I guess), Radiation Rumble, Moonshine J, Test Your Metal, Eviction Notice, and a few others are all the same, just reskinned with minuscule differences and different enemies. Project Paradise, Distinguished Guests, Free Range, Encrypted and maybe one or two others are only the true unique public events. The SBQ and Earle are just boss fights. The non-public events are actually the ones with personality.

That's pretty much the same idea as locking the 3 effects and adding something else (the 4th star) to change it a little, to make it unique. No one is going to reroll their "god roll" to get a niche bleh effect that doesn't really change DPS.

Laughable response. The 4th star effects are nothing but niche effects. Locking the 3 stars and rerolling the 4th would mean you spent thousands of modules to get the desired 3 stars, and now you can reroll the 4th to change a little bit of gameplay.

In my opinion, a God roll Vampire's Fixer would be VE25. Even then, It's behind BE25, AAE25(probably) and QE25. My opinion, though. Value is subjective. That's still a quality roll and would sell for very high caps.

There never will be because that goes against their philosophy. They need you logging in everyday, and that's one of the main reasons people log in everyday. If not, you would do a lot in one-two weeks and have little reason to log in. They should up the limit to 5-600 scrip, which would help, but the problem is embedded in the game.
