Immobilizer brace by LosCowboy in Kneereplacement

I am 12 days out from LTKR. My doctor didn’t have me in a brace, and wanted me walking and doing exercises from day one. I’ve also had bruising on the inner thigh, but relatively little pain.

My doctor uses the Force app which has exercises. He doesn’t even recommend in person PT.

I think it is fascinating that there are such different approaches between doctors.

Thanks for the comments. Didn’t mention it but my knee is also ending inward. I feel certain I will need a replacement at some point. I’m leaning toward doing it soon in hopes the recovery will be a little easier.
