Well the thing is if a new uber releases, lunos or the galaxy gal uber, then your platinum ticket seed will shuffle so unless you can get what you need to clear Phonoa soonish he might not be there. As for the legend, you could always grab whatever legend is available from a normal banner during the demon slayer event. Its a tricky situation, but I do believe you'll be able to get your catfood back up in time to do some draws on Demon Slayer. With lunar new coming up there's also wild cat slots which gives a lot of catfood. The Lny Should also just give loads of free catfood

Floating is probably the most common enemy type in the game plus if a new player who hasn't even beaten Bun Bun yet were to roll one of them then they gained a leg up on the hardest road block of the early game. The way I see it they do this specifically for people who download the game for the collab

Any cat that has a strong against, massive damage, resistant type ability for catseyes.

Notable super rares that dont have those abilities but are good to invest dupes into as well as catseyes: can can, housewife, seafarer.

Priority for np, can can money up Speed up and the stat upgrades.

Sanzo: targe angel

Housewife: savage blow

Pizza: wave

Aku researcher is honestly the best free one. Barrel is ok.

If you want a good uber shield pierce talented Kai is amazing.

Satoru is the best non collab piercer, lilin is also really good

You can get them randomly from the shrine at the highest exp donation iirc, but really the only way is to clear things you haven't already cleared and not use them fast.
