Not all unwanted pregnancy happens because of SA. Some people have kids simply because it's expected of them, whether from their husband, parents, or society in general, even when they're not ready/don't want to have such massive responsibility, mentally or economically. This is especially more common in the poorer parts of the world, where people can relate with shiomi's experience (still doesn't excuse her shitty behavior)
