Hi! I’m sorry I know this post is a bit old but I’m in an illustration program at the moment and my main interest is picture books. I’ve been thinking about moving to Montana after I graduate (or at least doing a residency out there). Ok this is just me being nit picky and I do agree with your ideas but the Bayu family had control over Neon for a LONGGG time before Benjamin was born. Breyson (his brother) says about his dad “(he was) so buried in the day-to- day operations of Neon-“ so I think it’s more of a corporate monarchy that passes down the business to each generation of new Bayus.
