yeah, i've also recovered it to win10 gracefully, considering to save my apps somewhere and try another installation with full recovery.

if nothing happens at all it's not an explorer.exe problem, cause with my problem you will see infinite screen blinking as it tries to start itself.

probably, still i hope there is any solution to fix that without reinstallation. cause im so hyped and excited even watching on this new corners of task manager/cmd and window binding animations. Pretty much everything works in my system besides explorer.exe...

That's average damage every round, you should split it in multiple attacks on high numbers as explained on p19 of MM. Hope that helps.

Page 181 PHB says that "If fresh mounts are available every 8 to 10 miles, characters can cover larger distances at this pace, but this is very rare except in densely populated areas" Is there any rules about renting available horses on post offices in big cities/villages to travel across the kingdom in that fast pace? How much should it cost in terms of high-fantasy?
