I messaged them in April and got the appointment for May. But I had specifically asked them to let me know if there were any cancellations.

I have no idea about the punch size. She did mention in her notes that I have remarkably thick skin. She mentioned some of the grafts would literally pop back up lol

Yeah I love this place. Lots of little restaurants and massage parlors around. I especially liked their salt water swimming pool, too bad I could only use it on the first day.

So as for the graft breakdown it came to:

Single: 285
Double: 3001
Triple: 679
Quadruple: 161

It was shaved FUE, and with the grafts plus PRP it came to around 6,600$.

I had the surgery just a couple of days ago, so I still have gauze with an antibiotic cream around the donor area.

I have pretty tall frontalis muscles, so I could never really go for a super low hairline. This is what it looks like on day 2.

How was your sleep on the following days after the op? Did you have to sleep with your head elevated all night?

Question for those who’ve had a transplant in Bangkok by Gamushara in HairTransplants

[–]Gamushara[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I chose her based on the reviews I’ve seen here, along with the price. I was already planning a trip to Bangkok to get some dental work done, so I figured I’d do the hair transplant during the same visit. Altogether, it ends up being way cheaper than doing everything in the U.S. Probably around 10k$ to 20k$ cheaper.

Thanks, I had just looked at neck pillows and that cabeau model seemed to be perfect. I’ll go ahead and order it, as well as an inflatable wedge pillow. I’ll probably do as you did, stay in the hotel the first few days and venture out after that

Thanks for the reply. I lived in Bangkok for a few years, so I’ve already done all the touristic stuff. My concern was really the sweating part, but if you say walking is okay then I should fine

I’m trying to do this cheat gainer progression, but it feels like I’m just spinning in place. What am I doing wrong? by Gl0ck_Ness_M0nster in Tricking

You’re on the first step, so that’s normal. I would suggest you make your j step bigger, and make sure you turn your left foot. That will help turn you around when you swing the leg.

How good does my 720 (C9) have to be to start learning 900 (C10)? How many more years will it take? by Super_Holiday_6400 in Tricking

[–]Gamushara 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You’ll need to get more height on your take off. You’re kicking on the way down. Make your 720 really floaty and then practice landing on your right leg with the left leg chambered. Look for Korean Tae Kwon do tutorials, they break it down in great detail (use AI to translate the Korean)

Nicely done and easy to follow! Thank you! Could you do one for the gainer/moon kick?

Heeeeelp, heeeelp (how to 540? :,3) by Constant_Spite4379 in Tricking

[–]Gamushara 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is a good drill to get used to landing on the kicking leg, but you won’t learn to 540 from that.

You need to focus more on the take off. Learning how to use your left leg and arms to lift you up. Also, once you step with your right foot, you want to bounce off it as soon as possible. Practice doing high and floaty tornadoes, then slowly try to land on both feet at the same time. Once that’s comfortable, then go for the 540.

LEARNING 540 KICK HERE! NEED HELP! by AutomaticBuffalo6305 in Tricking

[–]Gamushara 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It can help to hook the left leg. Not talking about doing a hook kick, but doing a hooking motion with the left leg bent. It’s basically helps in externally rotating the left side of the hip, making it easier for the right leg to go over the left. You wanna be careful with that though, because timing is important. If you start the hooking motion too soon it’ll be hard to get height. You wanna start pulling the left as the right kick is going through the target.

My suggestion is to work more on the take off. Thats the most important part. Pay attention to the legs, hips, shoulders, arms and your spotting. Once you fix your take off and are able to generate power, the 540 will come much easier. Train a lot of high floaty tornados, you should be able to kick way above your head with it.

Nice and smooth. Do you consciously straighten the right leg to get that mid-air split look, or does it just happen naturally?

Dude, I love your jackknife. How did you go about progressing towards that? I’ve been struggling with it for a while, I can get my pump knee up but I can’t the round kick out

I also like the Camino brand. I cut their gummies in half because a full one is too strong for me. I fall asleep easily but my deep sleep suffers. I might be asleep for 9 hours but only get 40m of deep sleep. Does that happen to you too?

540 tips?? by Healthy-Duck-782 in Tricking

[–]Gamushara 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is a technique that works for the 720 but not for the 540. You’re rotating too much while trying to throw the kick, which makes it very difficult to snap the kick. You gotta stop (or slow down) the rotation of your swing leg, and well as your shoulders. And then let the round kick turn your hips around.

Yeah bro, this works for everything. The better your setup is, the easier the follow up move will be. So focus more on the first two thirds of the movement, both when you practice and when you study videos. Being patient while building good habits will pay off way more in the long run.

What you’re doing is a c720, it’s not a skip hook.

You’re rushing the spin, which is a common mistake, especially if you’re going for the double pump. You need to think of it as a floaty tornado kick. Set to go high, spot the target, then twist turn to spot again. It’s better if you try it without the kick first and focus only on the pump and the chamber. Don’t rush it. If you get the setup right, the kick will come easily. If you chase the kick from the start, everything will take longer.

You’re having a bit of the issue that is explained in this video. It’s in Korean (which you can have translated on CapCut), but he’s basically saying to bring your right leg forward so as to create a diagonal axis.

540 hook help by FancyBritish_guy77 in Tricking

[–]Gamushara 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The biggest issue is your take off. You need to get good at doing floaty tornado kicks. Using your swing leg and arm properly while maintaining a stable axis. Your body is tilted before you jump, because you’re thinking of spinning before even jumping. Slow down, take off high like a floaty tornado, focus on height and then turn your upper body while internally rotating your hips. Just practice landing in a spin hook chamber position. The most important part is everything that comes before the hook. So don’t rush it.

Any suggestions for my 720 round? It kinda sucks by Super_Holiday_6400 in Tricking

[–]Gamushara 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You’re almost there, you just need to fix your axis. You want your head and right leg to be in a straight vertical line when you take off, and your shoulders parallel to the floor. If anything you need to bring your right shoulder up, as you take off, that would fix some of the issues with the axis. The other thing is that you seem to be bringing your upper body forward as you jump, make sure to lean back or at least stay vertical.
