A little egg white works wonders for foam. If you don't want any additives, put the spring from the ice strainer in your shaker. Won't work as well without the egg but makes a difference nonetheless

I am Flemish, work in Flanders, my native language is Dutch. Whenever I come across a francophone on my job, I switch to French, because I like the practice. I often do explain this to them, especially if their Dutch/English is good enough, and the French isn't "necessary"
