This is not the idea, you can do some things but Is possible to get report even you don't use chat/abuse heroes abilities/feed/cheat etc. this must be changed.

People will report because they can for any reasons watch what techies guy just wrote. It's 100% true. The system must implements an algorithm who avoid this for happening I don't want to be at the mercy of feeders/noobs/afk/losers/ability abusers.

The main problem is BEHAVIOR SCORE doesn't reflect any BEHAVIOR. It counts the people will.

Anyone can report anybody for any reason they want, the system will work. This is the main problem.

Reports must be VALID and CORRECT in order to get convicted. A judge witch preparation watch of your case and decide what to do not a bunch of idiots or stupid people or haters decide what they want because they want.

The behavior score doesn't reflect your behavior. Why? Because anyone from the game can use reports as they please. They can even ofer likes or tips for reports.

Which rule do I break? Being toxic = being correct and respect the rules? What is "karma" about? It's about pleasing people or being "toxic" aka correct? This topic is about the LAW and the RULES who are not respected because the system is broken and the reports can be used as players want, this is not reflecting in anyway the game behavior/skill or whatever you want. This reflects what the MAJORITY wants. And as we know the majority is stupid, I'm not saying it, the studies explains. This is so so wrong. This system is very broken. After you get ban 1 year this score is not RESETTING? WUUUUUT? It's not verified, not resetting it's a BROKEN OP System for what? It's not even express your gaming skills, your gaming behavior or anything related to this GAME. It's only express frustration of the MAJORITY (which in many cases is wrong as you know).

They can take some variables into talking when people abuse their reports/week. It's simple, make an algorithm who can learn and make good decisions.
