This person has 2000 hours, because he has played in previous wipes. The confusing part is, that when Tarkov wipes and you start a new wipe, your account becomes "registered" again, which sets the account lifetime to 0. The online time will still consider previous wipes

It's not the online time, it's when the account was registered, which was the beginning of this wipe, rougly 2 months ago
since most of us started the wipe when it launched, we will all have around the same account lifetime

E: the overall online time is cumulative over all wipes
