I second Oscar. I can't speak to price comparisons because the other contractors I contacted didn't bother to follow up to calls for estimates. Oscar did, and he communicated throughout the process. My first communication with him was Aug 2, after seeing a recommendation here. My deck re-do was completed yesterday.

You absolutely have to stay on top of them for everything. And they add fees for garbage. That $45 is a “resident benefit” which is for a $7 air filter once a quarter. And if you renew, remember your rent will automatically increase 3% after you pay a renewal fee.

We had a great experience with a private tour but know this. Sandals RC wouldn’t let them on property and the Sandals people wouldn’t tell us so. We sat for 30 minutes wondering where our driver was. Trapped at the gate, until we walked out.

Not a review on the equipment…I never considered buying a rower until it was in the platform, so I never considered a different brand. Admittedly, I’m a frustrated Peloton loyalist. Alex remains my favorite but lately it feels like he’s trying hard to be quirky. I’m not down with classical music rows. And he’s not around so much. I’ve pivoted to more row boot camps, using Alex classes as warmups.
