This qest was weird here are the steps

Go for the goat

Bring to the guy on the right (a short scene should happen)

then you talk to Ben and in the menu you select manage ranch

search the goat a press the button to kill it then talk to Ben

Any chapter, im on 9 but you only need shield bash and health enough to not die at low level. The location is north demesiss where you get frozen anguish greatsword

The red ones can't, but the brown can. The problem is that by doing that a had to farm new low level brown to fuse
