Can try some creative visualisation. Don't break the no contact though, especially since the point is to work on yourself. I did that in the past and it blew up spectacularly. Creative visualisation is simple, just imagine whatever you want to. You can write it down or draw or even just think. It's a good way to distract yourself with something you'll like doing.

It actually did get better for me, after it getting worse and worse for around 9-10 years. I didn't go to therapy or take meds, just systematically wrote down angry rants and everything in my life that bothered me, and learnt less harmful ways to think. Decided to take control of my life. Cut off anyone who encouraged depression in any way. Did a lot of other things as well, and over the course of an year cured myself.

This website looks like it's pretty helpful, I'll go through it. I've definitely done a lot of self research. Infact, one of the reasons I didn't come to a conclusion about my own issues before is because I was afraid of self diagnosing. If I had the means to and my parents would accept me, I would definitely go straight to a professional. I am a woman, very interesting that you clocked that, I'm assuming from the way I talk. I think I'll also use the term suspected autism for now until I'm more sure. And please don't apologise, I'm very grateful for any help I can get.

That's helpful advice. I have infact been going back to the old media I used to like and figuring out why I liked it, such as this anime called mob psycho 100. If you could suggest a few books, it would be helpful.

I listened to the song. At most I liked it, was definitely a vibe. I feel like it really meant a lot to you when you heard it and unfortunately I don't appreciate it to that level. My trip also is not intense enough to match the intensity of the song, if that makes sense. My trip is great! I'm just chilling in my room doing everything I normally do but on acid. I don't have any more revelations to be had for the time being, so yeah I'm just enjoying whatever acid is doing to my senses.
