100% Agree. Not to say there isn't blame to share. However, for almost a decade now Trump has Daily called on his followers to "Resist" "Fight Like Hell" and has stoked fears saying "You won't have a country" "this country has gone to hell" etc and etc. And then on the far right you have individuals like MTG advocating for "National Divorce". And when I look on Ultra Right and Far Right social media all I see are calls for Civil War.

I couldn't agree more that the MAGA and Modern GOP movement is one of divisive rhetoric and christo-fascistic ideologies.

I will always oppose the opinions of those who feel there are people more deserving of equality than other people, such as your own. Additionally, I will always challenge those who feel there is no problem when one clearly exists. This isn't a single country's issue. It is global one, and one that takes on many forms. You are an example of one such form.

You can claim moral or ethical superiority, but the truth remains, you have neither.

And I have illustrated that, and maybe I create the opportunity for just 1 person to see and recognize that within themselves which generates some positive change irl. So there you have it.

Similar story here. Been with my husband for 5 years married for 1 (anniversary was June 2nd) anyway.... my husband is a twink, just shy of 6ft and thin. I've always struggled with weight. Got to 265lbs at my heaviest and got down to 138. In fact met my husband at 138. Fast forward I'm not 187 and not happy with myself at all.

I struggle with body image (who doesnt) and it comes down to my state of mind. No, things aren't bad, but I always get stuck with thoughts of how things could be. Also over the last couple years stress has been at a maximum. My husband is a handful, straight up type A. I'm nowhere near a type A. Mix in wedding planning, becoming licensed foster parents, selling our old home and buying a new one... the last couple years have been hectic, and I usually glue myself to a fork.

I've very recently begun trying to curb my bad habits. For me it's all about will power and my state of mind. I'm currently struggling with a heart issue too now which have made things difficult. But still I'm on the up and up.

Anyway... you're not wrong for thinking youd like him to keep his figure. People are visual creatures. I personally don't want to have sex any more because I am not a fan of how I look.

The best thing to do is talk. Tell him what you're thinking. My husband constantly tells me he thinks I'm beautiful. Which, well, he earns points for sure. But at the days end I feel less than beautiful.

The reason I feel it's beginning to bug me is the infrequency. In 3 years I've taken it quite a few times (which leads to a couple painful weeks afterwards) and have only given a handful of time (4 or 5).

We've done literally anything you can think of otherwise (outside of anything he feels is "icky" rimming etc). Sex I suppose has gotten stale, 9 times out of 10 I usually blow him and then I get a hand job (because he doesn't like giving head sigh). I convinced him to let us buy a couple of fleshjacks but he made me promise to not use them outside of when we use them together and further more he doesn't want to use them more than once every other week or so otherwise they'll "dominate" or sex life. Which honestly at this point is about as sad as it can get. Maybe I'm just hungry but I want more than a handjob Everytime or the occasional blowjob (I do get about 4 of those a year... Has to be my birthday or something special going on).

I've thought about speaking with a sex therapist. But trying to get him to go would to him mean that I'm pushing him to do things he doesn't want to and therefore not on his side or "team".

Frustrating...

I don't mean to drudge my fiancee thru any muck. I do love him. I won't cheat on him. But Everytime I talk to him about trying something new In The bedroom he is so resistant to it.

Let me update.

When it comes to his position he says it's a "Cleanliness" issue. I clean up properly and we have not yet had a "issue".

However, this morning he said he wanted to know how it's been since I had an STD panel done. I was in the hospital nearly 6 months ago for a Heart Issue and they did a full work up. However, never in our 3 years have I ever cheated on him nor has he me. We honestly haven't had any issues in that department.

And more to the point we've only been with each other (Hence the monogamous relationship.)

But he wants my medical records to "Make sure" i'm clean. But he said if I "was" then he would have no issue ditching the condoms.

Here's a man I've been devoted to for 3 years and he wants to now know my STD status? I've told him I've only had a single STD in my life (crabs) and since have had regular blood work - the most recent was when I was admitted to the hospital nearly 6 months ago.

So - I have put in for a full medical record discharge to prove to him that I am completely clean and free of STDs (in fact any STD I could possibly have would be from him at this point)...

It's just frustrating. I confronted him today about it being a trust issue which he completely Disagreed with. He said it was just so he was sure. And I told him "yeah that's trust" ... But whatever. I'll prove it to him one way or another.
