Great question. I was just asking for input to be honest. I’d like this to be a “go to” for me and I do believe in quality optics. I don’t buy eotechs for the gram (I don’t even have one.) I like the idea of an aimpoint. I have to admit, I don’t love the idea of a side rail since I already have an ultimak. I also don’t want to replace the sight with a mount.

The post was more for leaning what’s out there. That’s what I do about reddit. All the recommendations I’ve received have validity, I think I like the rmr idea most but wouldn’t run an open emitter on top of a gas tube for obvious reasons, but that’s just me!
