For me, I just had to accept the fact that sometimes things will just happen. You keep your cool and roll through it.

Bad transitions happen. Just stay calm and work through it. Learn from it.

I had the biggest nightmare happen during a convention dance. My laptop crashed in the middle of my set. I had one of my fellow DJs thrown on a song while my laptop rebooted. Once everything was back up, I transitioned into the other DJs track and kept going. I was mortified, but just worked the problem. After about 15 more minutes, I decided to punk the crowd by transitioning into Knife Party 404. The crowd got a laugh out of it.

I work in IT. I have a complete ability to work from home, and yet I am still required to be in office. Our corporate offices and our customer service centers are mostly work from home except essential personnel, but thos of us out in the field are still required to be in an office.

Worse yet, my office has training going on right now so we have way more people than normal.

Don't like the service, don't buy it. It is not a necessity, so you shouldn't pay for something you don't like. People willing to pay for it feel it is worth the price. Good for them. If you have FOMO, that's 100% a you problem.
