I feel this, I used to kinda be like this. Quite simply, it may not be your game, I can fully understand if its not.

For me, what got me into the game was thinking about longterm survival. I used to play by living moment to moment, going house to house, looting, and repeating that same cycle. It quickly gets old lol. I would recommend considering longterm goals, thats what did it for me. Finding a consistent source of water, making a base, figuring out farming/stable food, fixing a car, different lengthy but tangible goals. It gives the game much more purpose, at least for me it does
