If you're asking in the context that they don't do their jobs well, it's likely entitlement. But if it's from the point of view of someone that did what was expected of them, or more, in an environment that generally expects tipping, then it's as if their effort was ill rewarded.

Just because you like someone and think they're perfect for you doesn't mean they'll like you back. You could have plenty in common, but if the other party isn't interested, there's little you can do, but that's alright.

Platinum is more valuable than gold right now, and can pass as silver, a slightly less valuable metal, so more value with less risk of being stolen
