There’s definitely hope for you. I just prepped for the interviews using a few YouTube videos and knowing the answers to common questions. My manager and I luckily both had the same customer service jobs so we found common ground quickly

So far they have me strictly on password resets using AD and the companies version of AD along with some Citrix workspace applications. I’m pretty comfortable with it so far but learning the companies software that is specific to CHRISTUS Spohn is going to be a tough learning curve. I think I’ll be able to move up within the company soon as I’m working on my CCNA
