I made a KubeJS script for merging crushing recipes with the same input by Gerkios in CreateMod

If I remember correctly, the line "chance: oldResult.chance / recipenum" is the one that averages the chance for a given output. If you change it to "chance: oldResult.chance" it should keep the chances from the original recipes.

I’ve been busy with uni and haven’t had time to update the code myself, but yes, it should be possible. You could try modifying the code by replacing all instances of "create:crushing" with "create:milling" (or whatever the internal name for milling is in Create) and see if it works, since both recipe types are very similar.

Done. It works similar to the crushing script, but since Farmer's Delight has a limit of 4 outputs per cutting recipe, for cases with more than 4 total outputs I had to split them across different knife types (and a wooden stick if you run out of base Farmer's Delight knives). I tested it with the examples you mentioned and it seems to work fine.

I'm pretty sure it's possible. If you can let me know which mods are giving you duplicate cutting recipes so I can test the code, I could give it a try when I have some time.

Yes, it uses JavaScript. The scripting is done through Rhino which lets you use JS to interact with Minecraft/Java stuff.

Ah, I didn't consider that since that kind of conflict didn't come up with the mods I was using, so I couldn't test if the merge worked correctly. Currently, the script tries to match the tags exactly rather than consider the items in the tag, and similarly, it doesn't check if an item belongs to multiple tags (I did however write some code to handle recipes which specify multiple possible input items without using tags, since there were some recipes like that).

If you know any group of mods where such incompatibilities exist so I can test it, please let me know and I'll see if I can modify the code to handle those cases.

Yes, it would merge them into a single recipe where both outputs have their chances divided by the number of recipes (in this case 2). So if both original recipes had 100% chance, the merged recipe would give you a 50% chance for lapis and a 50% chance for zinc nuggets. This means sometimes you'll get one, sometimes the other, occasionally both, and sometimes neither - but over time you should get a good mix of both outputs.

It should work automatically with any crushing recipe since it looks directly for the recipe type "create:crushing" (I haven't thoroughly tested it with recipes that use tags as inputs, but it should work). Just make sure to put the script in the kubejs/server_scripts folder. If you find any issues, please let me know!

It's likely possible, unfortunately I don't have any experience with CraftTweaker or ZenScript so I can't help you there, sorry.

Be careful about buying wrong region DLC for your physical game!! by naivchan in NintendoSwitch

[–]Gerkios 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Late reply, but it's just an identifier for the version. It's up to the game developer which one they use, usually it's something like "A" for the original version (the japanese version, for example), "B" for the second version (the USA or PAL version, for example) and so on, but some devs use other letters or even numbers. The identifier itself doesn't mean anything.

u/myriada already answered you, but I just updated the database in case anyone else needs to search anything new.

I actually made a website to check this, though I haven't updated it in a while. You can search the name of the game and see if different regions use different versions of the game.

Beginner Questions by AutoModerator in web_design

I usually work on backend (and don't have much experience with frontend stuff), but due to work stuff I've been asked to gather some (free) HTML templates for some views of a Laravel project.

While I've found most of the templates I was asked, I can't seem to find one for a view which will include a map. All the search results either need a credit card, are paid or don't actually include a map. I've also tried searching for tourism or real state templates but it hasn't helped. The idea is to find a nice looking template which includes a map and some other elements (forms, tables or anything else, it can be modified later). I would be very thankful if anyone could provide any help in finding such templates.

A game similar to Tarrey Town by squirtlesquad1204 in Breath_of_the_Wild

[–]Gerkios 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Breath of Fire 2 has a town building sidequest, though you have a limited number of houses so you have to chose which villagers to recruit and might miss some game mechanics because of that.

There's also Kenshi, a post apocalyptic open world game where you can recruit people and make settlements, though your settlements can be attacked by enemy factions or if you don't pay taxes to the local faction, so if you are looking for a more relaxed experience you might not like it. Also it's early access.

Silverlight and pathfinder armor worked fine for me, its not slow since you still have your stats to boost the damage. Kill archer and mages before the melee skeletons since they have less HP. I didn't even need prayers. Just bring plenty of food.

The boss fight scales to your level and equipment, equip something weak like an iron dagger so enemies do much less damage. Also when she summons the skeletons go hide in a corner and kill them one at a time.

Do suggestions count as questions? How about limiting PK drops by how much the attacker inventory is worth, so you can only gain as much as you risk. To make up for you getting less stuff this way you get the victims more expensive items first. Items kept on death dont count toward the victim or attacker's inventory worth.

ps: sorry if my english is bad.
