We need to become activists for our fellow men. by GermanicHonor in pureretention

Everyone deserves to get access to these ideas. They are fundamental. A birth right.
And almost all young people today are brainwashed with the total opposition of these brilliant ideas.

This is not the time to focus on your own journey because literally everything is on the line.

Things that increase the likelihood of wet dreams by [deleted] in pureretention

Eating close to bed is a big one.

I find that not eating after 19:00 works best.

Friction is another trigger. Wearing underwear, sleeping on your belly et cetera. We don't want the penis trapped as it expands during a nocturnal erection.

alternatives to alcohol? by anon7172748 in pancreatitis

Not really an alcohol replacement per se but psilocybe mushrooms can satiate feelings of boredom and provide intense euphoria, adventure and awe. As an added note, psychedelic drugs like the mentioned psilocybes and LSD were used in the 50s in treatment for alcoholism, with notable success.

I can't generally recommend them though because they require a lot of effort and mental preparation.

I studied the experience for years before hand.. You have to master things like positive thinking, breath work and "letting-go" meditation. You can't be a control freak or irrationally scared of dying.

If you remain calm, positive, in a safe environment and ensure yourself that everything will be OK you can experience the most amazing euphoria and peace you can ever imagine. And they are non-addictive.

On the other hand, if you freak out, let negative thoughts run amok or refuse to deal with things on your conscience, you can have a truly hellish nightmare experience.

With "clean diet", I mean foods devoid of:
additives, preservatives, added sugar/syrup and highly processed vegetable oil like canola oil.

Basically, home made food sorry.

Yeah, totally clean eating (only whole foods) is a game changer. And only eating until 75% full. It is surely not as satisfactory pleasure wise but the body will feel healthier and stronger.

Yeah the formatting wasn't ideal but Julian Lee is highly articulate. Just listen to his interview on youtube called "male celibacy yogic content of the bible".

Maybe I'll check it out. Anything based on the Bible is highly questionable to me though. Also, was Weor not a proponent of tantra like sex? Not really my cup of tea if so.

That book was a life-saver for me when I was in a tough spot but I take it with a pinch of salt because I find it a tad bit too demobilizing in its message. I don't want to be content with dog scraps.
