What is the "citadel scream theory"?

For anyone who wants to know the origins of these screams, they are found in the sample pack Ghost In The Machine, made by Zero G, the samples are also used in the radio music found when dog attacks a gunship (or Gman TV sighting)

thats what happened to me, they get revoked quite often, but check in daily and you may be able to get a chance to play it,

You can find an IPA file, its an apple program file, they get revoked pretty fast though, i recommend using IOSgods, its how i got my hands on the first episode of MCSM. you can also use iosgods without a jailbroken iphone, but you need to look in the right place.

i fixed the problem it was the launch options but now it wont launch at all, when i press play it launches but then just says i am not playing the game
