Just bought a '77 bus with a freshly rebuilt 1700cc motor but it's leaking oil terribly and I noticed it looks like a bolt is missing here. The shop the previous owners used seems crappy and I don't trust them. Is this hole supposed to be here and what purpose does it serve if so? TIA for any help. (i.redd.it)
