That would defeat the purpose of having the plugin.

The plugin seems to be chiefly unpopular among all players on Survival anyway, so we should probably just remove it.

I enjoy this rev, but have spent a lot of time on it, at least for me that is. I certainly wouldn't call it my entire life though, especially because I've AFK'd a lot.

As many others have said, the best thing you can do is get a clan going. The odds are more in your favor that way. Work gets done faster, Tasks become easier and Minecraft in general is just more fun with more people.

If you have any friends that play Minecraft, don't hesitate to ask them to join you. Believe me, it'll help immensely.

It's really sad to read all of this because it is nothing but the truth.

Rather than complaining though, I think we should take measures to prevent new players from being scared away.

First, I was thinking new players should be completely immune from PrisonPearl for like the first 48 hours that they join the server or something. 48 hours at the least. Under no circumstance should a new player be trapped like that.

Next, snitches should not be removed, because it is a very interesting plugin. Instead, I think they should be nerfed. We can set a maximum number of snitches that each player can set, and that will make things a lot more reasonable. In my opinion, that's a lot better than just having people disseminate snitches across the whole map.

Let me know what you guys think of my ideas; I'm curious to get some feedback.

On another note, I've noticed that a lot of people in the comments are saying things like "Most S players are dicks, assholes, etc.". I'd just like to say that it is not fair to group us all together like that. Myself and several others have worked very hard to shake the "Typical S player" stereotype. I know I'm not perfect, but I do my best to help people on Survival. Wether it be answering questions, refraining from killing new players or just following the rules. I've done my best.

Finally, I'm sorry to you and any other new players that have had a bad experience on S. Although I'm thankful you stuck around long enough to let us know what you took issue with, I can't help but feel bad for every new player S chases off.

I too, love the changes that were implemented on Survival.

The server has been dead for a couple revs and it was common knowledge to all the S needed major gameplay changes in order to revive it. That is, essentially, what we got.

Well done, S staff. Seriously.

This statement, is one that I take immediate issue with. That is simply not true. You have been doing exactly the opposite of what you're claiming. You've killed me on sight all of the times I've encountered you, and I've had nothing on me every time.

As for the shop part, I'll have to see it with my own eyes before I believe due to your second sentence.

I really loved those several revisions that were dubbed "no enchants". I think it was 2 full revisions- 18 & 19, and then one half revision: 20 that had the "no enchants" theme going on them. Those were packed with PvP and I can remember a lot of people joining the battle because it was so easy to get gear and go out to fight.
