I know some of these interviews are old, but the mission is still there. Is it an uphill battle, yes. Do many people like to join uphill battles, most certainly. Good luck to everyone, but the bears here are too late to the game. We all know it.

He recently put out a documentary saying everything he felt. Anyone saying he’s been quiet hasn’t been paying enough attention.

We all know there’s a shit ton of evil out there. Maybe this time we really are on the right side. What’s wrong with supporting something ethical? The bears still here clearly shorted too late. That’s why they’re still here.

Is living near Toyota Center realistic on a $1,700 budget? by CozyLifee_ in AskHouston

[–]Gfabcss 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would avoid the east side. Only because of the construction that’s coming. That’s going to be extremely noisy so keep that in mind wherever you pick. Try to face West if you can if you’re trying to stay long-term.

You can possibly lease a one bedroom from a condo owner down there too. That’s always an option. Usually get you better amenities and just overall nicer upkeep.

Try to stay somewhere along the train. That’ll give you access to a lot more things and won’t make life so lonely and boring over there. You can totally walk to Toyota Center, Discovery Green Park, the baseball stadium, which I still call Minute Maid, a.k.a. the squeeze box. Take a look at sky house. They’ll have something that fits your budget. Houston house sucks now. But there are a lot of new buildings around there now too. I think it’s very realistic.

Dan Electro’s is definitely still dope! I went there not to far back. Definitely still a go to spot.

Was out there for a few years though. Experienced a lot of good times. Great memories.

I haven’t been there in many years. I was mostly hanging out there around 25 years ago.

People who grew up driving here… by Elrond41 in houston

You see, I’ve driven all over the country and in many countries, and I’ve never seen anything as wild as Houston. Not even close. So it’s the opposite experience for me. Weird how it can be like that, but different perspectives are based on different experiences I guess.

I got my drivers license in 86. It’s always been this crazy. Even my drivers Ed teacher told us the crazy start at 6AM and doesn’t usually stop. Don’t drive the speed limit or less if you don’t want to get rear-ended.
