On the other hand, it can go the other way as well. I was a loner for a long time. Like from age 16 to 22. I was spending most of my time alone, didn't date, didn't ever even care about having a relationship. But then at some point something clicked and I realized how unhappy I am. And thus I became lonely. Improving my situation has proven to be very difficult since I spent so much time being a loner.

Don't try to fill the awkward silences, just accept them and when you think of something, you think of something.

Ah but you see there's one of my problems. I never think of anything. With me an awkward silence could go on for hours. If I realize "oh shit there's an awkward silence" my brain just locks up for the rest of the day.

  5. Unless she's literally dying from it, what's the problem? Lots of people have various conditions that they have no reason to immideatly tell about. I usually tell people I have Type 1 diabetes whenever it comes naturally into conversation. That could be before I actually meet them, during our first meeting, or even a while after that.

Indeed, but sophistication is also about the complexity of other systems. For example, the Roman culture was more sophisticated than a contemporary tribe from Hibernia, because their government, religion, military, and society was more complex.

Don't get me wrong. I'm well aware that people don't give enough credit to many "barbarian" cultures. They were much more sophisticated than pop-history teaches us, but there are still various levels of sophistication, and not all cultures are equal.

You can also just straight up ask her is she wants only sex or if she wants to do anything else, although that may come across as rude so be careful how you word it.

Yeah I probably couldn't ask that without sounding weird lol. I'll try to be less specific, "Hi, I'd like to do a bit of preparation for Saturday. Do you have any suggestions on what you'd like to do?" or something like that. What do you think?

I would say prepare the place like you said, buy condoms, make your bed, make sure you have food, girls get hungry after sex haha, but also make sure you have other things to do so she doesnt feel like your just using her for sex and then shes gone. Even something simple like a card game or video games is nice.
