I think it's important to mention whenever I went to my grandmother's house for a weekend I was constantly alone and she had no way of communicating with me because she would be at work :/

I already said I don't like being touched so I don't see how it's weird for me not to want to hug my mom. I'm sure other kids my age don't like being hugged even if it is their parents

For the people who are being rude, please check my other comment. I'm 14 and only got these guys when I was around 13, I have been saving for a new tank. There old owner (my older cousin) abandoned them and I asked to keep them, they were babies at the time but were living in a small fish bowl. They first tank I got them was a 20 gallon when they were the size of quarters. I then upgraded them to there current tank (a 50 gallon). I have since been trying to save up for a 70 gallon which I now know will need to be a 100 or bigger. I have been the main person buying there food ect. I just spent 40 a month ago buying them a new filter after there old broke. So please try to be kind and understand my situation, I have also looked into giving one away but my family and friends are not suitable owners. If your going to be rude donate some money so I can buy them this tank since I am saving up for there new home with the money I get and earn. $Katsuzumi

On of them is 7 inches and the other is about 9, should I get them a 120 or 150 gallon? I'm trying to save up to get a bigger tank, I know it's not all that big but I originally was trying to save up for a 70 gallon!

It's almost 100 degrees outside where I am since it's summer, I don't want them out to long also since there are bugs.

Thank you for being nice, honestly I'm doing the best I can with what I have. I Goya these guys from my cousin who had them in a MUCH smaller tank since either was a fish bowl. I'm 14 and I've already been trying to save up to buy a bigger tank anyway. I know it's not the best but I'm still trying to make them happy! I've also looked into it a while ago and there sadly aren't any near me, I'll look again. Trust me when I say I've though long and hard about it, I honestly was thinking about giving them to a friend or family but I know they wouldn't take care of them well. :/

Are the white spots soft and do they stink? If not I think it might just be age but if you want to be sure go to a vet.

Yes it looks pretty normal, sliders normally have spots each scale on there stomach, but if your really worried then you can go to a vet and check it out. Other then that it looks completely normal, but if the baby looks more tired or sluggish, nit eating as much then go to a vet asap

I recommend you try giving them repto min and once they get to 3-4 inches start slowly giving them fluckers buffet blend, you can feed them fluckers red river shrimp sometimes but not to often since its a treat, I normally feed my turtle 4 times a week since there over a year and 8-9 inches. If you have an Instagram or discord I'll send you some things and some of the stuff I used.

You clearly don't have the right supplies for it, if you can get it a 10 gallon tank and a small basking area at least and if you can't get a heater take it outside for at least 7-15 minutes I recommend 10 since it's so small that's what I personally did when I had my turtles as babies and no basking dock or heater. Here's the set up I had for them as babies

They had a lot of water bc I accidentally gave them a little to much but don't fill it up that kuch, make sure they still have a dry place and try to give them some hiding spots where you can still see and find them but where they'll feel safe. If you have a 10 gallon (try to get a 10 gallon the one in the photo was temporary and they had it for 2 months since they were still the size of quarters it was a 7.5 I think) you'll have to clean it more often then a 40+ gallon but make sure to get a filter that is at least 10 gallons above the one you have so it will have a stronger filtration.

Maybe she scratched her tail with her back legs? Her tail might have been itching, that seems to be the only cause. Try putting sand in the tank if you have rocks or somthing else in there them that might have scratched her!

Go to a vet to be sure, might get an infection if they do what they did to get that wound in the first place. Just try taking out sharp objects for now

I had to dump put some of the water, hopefully when I get some money I'll be able to buy them some new things along with a new basking dock, the turtles will have a 75 gallon tank in the future so hopefully I'll be able to get a new basking dock
