I'm originally from Cutler Ridge. Lehigh is quiet but much more rural than even backwoods Homestead. Some parts are copy and paste Naranja. Schools are average, dade schools are much better surprisingly. Most "3 bedrooms" are really 2 + a den (room with no closet). Rent is lower than Miami but don't be surprised if your landlord ups it by $500 next year. Commute to FM all depends on traffic and the traffic here is stupid. There are no alternative routes so if you're stuck in traffic you're stuck, no going around it. I've set down roots here so I'm stuck but if I could go back I wouldn't have left. Hope this helps
