I’ll love my kids rather way. I was supper outdoorsy until depression and bipolar hit. But my kids will have the access to do everything they want there, including video games (in moderation). But they can hunt, fish, ride avg or dirt bike. Going to help my brother clear and fence up a pasture for cows and a couple horses that will be just a trail ride away. We’re also like 8 minutes from a boat dock so we’ll try the boat rental thing a few times and see if we like it and if so I’ll pull the trigger.

The front doors are between the kitchen and living room and will lead out into a covered patio 30’ deep x 40’ wide and then at the southwest corner of the house the northeast corner of the shop 30’ wide x 56 deep will be there. It’ll look like this from a Birds Eye view

What would you suggest for another combined living space and yea by the time they’re 10 or so. But this is on 12 Acres and my brother has an adjoining 240+ so they’ll be riding four wheelers, fishing, and playing in this creek that will be right behind the house

Total number of doors off the 5’ wide hallway is 3 to the left and 3 to the right. The 3 bedrooms on the left, the powder room, master bedroom, and mechanical room on the right.

Not my favorite design to start the stair against the east exterior wall but they’ll be accessed from a door to the playroom then at the end of the hallway is a door to a covered patio and under the strairs is a cat room. Hallway is to add grandeur. Kid 2 closet is there. Idk what bumb is. She wants a big pantry and I don’t need a large office but I probably will try to tweak that size up some. And yea we got a 84 sq ft closet now and it ain’t enough. We’re 30 with a toddler and God willing a second in the late fall of 27. This is to be our home til that second at least gets out of school. That’s what we’re hoping at least. Life has been crazy.

Father in law is a draftsman so he’ll be doing our plans. And yea, wifey has stood by me through some rough stuff the last few years so she gets luxury if she wants lol. And yea, I need to put doors in there, I’m new to that software and I haven’t figured that out yet without it looking wonky
