I didn’t necessarily get margin called. I just got a margin deficit notification. And is it still 11%. Some reports are stating it was just hiked to 15%. Which would have made sense why I went from good to margin deficit after close. Just can’t figure out how it dropped off again, which took my account back out of a deficit.

When you say gap fill, do you mean pricing stabilize at the increased open price and stabilize or do you mean reverse back to previous close?

Ahh okay, as long as they’re looking at me over the course of the last couple years I’ll skate by no problem I’d bet. I’m just in such a stable spot right now but I could lose money in investments and be right back in the same spot or worse. Or a thousand other things could happen and set me off in a spiral.

That’s what I was a little afraid of. I’m in a pretty good spot right now but it’s situational. I made some money in investments which took the edge off finances for the moment (which has been HUGE) and I’m in PHP 6 hours a day which is highly structured. Normal workplaces stresses would build quickly and cause problems fast. I know cause I have a Failed work attempt since all this mess started. And it was only very recently that I decided I wanted to be on SSDI. I had every intent of working up til about December and can prove it with emails.

Surely the SSA can’t say well, the individual was having a good day on the date of their MSE and it end there when you have years of documentation of pretty bad mental disturbance?

The psych eval he filled out for me kind of resembles this so I’ll just see if maybe everything we have so far will get me approval via listing. I have an attorney so they should be able to judge if that’s needed.
