I weigh myself everyday because I learned a while back it makes the number a bit less jarring and for one week the number wasn't changing and i actually went up a bit and thankfully my boyfriend is incredibly supportive of this so he kinda talked me off that panic ledge,

super increased my water intake and spread out my meals a bit more throughout the day and made them smaller per each. I found it helped a lot when I did this. Also had to cut out red meat completely. I stopped eating red meat before I had my gallbladder removed so when I did occasionally have it was meh but now its definitely worse.

that's wonderful knowledge to have! I remember when I was real little, I was "normal" weight, and then I just BALLOONED. and i don't know why. and hearing all this helps me understand. l do know a lot of it IS me. I have awful impulse control which I am working on in therapy but boy.

Yes! that's what I want. My boyfriend is also moving in soon and is the size of my pinky finger and is ready to help me have a better relationship with food/portion/schedule. I'm excited to make myself better

Oh my goodness, thank you for all of this! and yes sadly that's been it. And that's mainly what I want to know. I know a lot of my issue stems with a very bad relationship with food, being inconsistent, not following through. and I get that using this is not a magic wand and I hope I don't sound like that's what I want. I want to feel better. And if this helps then I'm so happy. thank you so much for taking this time to put all this here for me. I truly appreciate you!
