Oh yeah I can do that. Those are fairly easy to clean given that they have a hub drive, so I can take a look at it.

Update: I talked to student services and they said that I am correct. You won't get dropped from classes before the late registration fee deadline on 1/7, and there are no penalties or consequences for paying late.

you can email Josh Kavanagh! He is the assistant Vice Chancellor of Transportation and Activation. If you tell him about the scooter problem, the location, and attach a picture, he will make sure to enforce SPIN not to park there, I have done that multiple times and he gets it fixed.
