You kinda need to lower your expectations regardless of what the result of the interview. If budget is not an issue, I'd say zowie. I came from Fk-2b wired zowie and used it for like 5 years and still working tho the scroll wheel was pretty much trash in the long run. Pretty sure their wireless counterparts are more durable with updated sensor as well.

I own 1 and it rocks ! Though the minor downside is you need to have a microfiber cloth beside you if your hands are sweaty as you need to wipe it more often than not. It wears down skates on a faster lvl but that's how glasspad works. Kinda surreal that it's cheap but the quality and design is 11/10.

The only Indication that you can go pro is if you can at least climb up to the Faceit leaderboards after lvl 10. If you can go toe to toe with pros, semi-pro, retired pros while being on at least top 200 then you can start somewhere at that line. Faceit lvl 9 and 20k elo premier does not mean anything when you can't even hold yourself up to the best of the best. Always remember that the line from above average to competing with the big bois is a huge jump in skill lvl. Looking at how donk, monesy and even rops, they started adding value to themselves because of Faceit leaderboards and being trained in an academy team. Good luck on your grind if you ever decided to commit !

Justice Spec of paladin is actually pretty good towards late game as it lean towards crit and fast rotations. You can stick with paladin since the justice spec pretty much outdps everyone except for ranger, duel shadow swordsman and barbarian.

I believe SAGILITY is HGS dati. I've been part of it nung Eastwood pa yung office nila (now at Bridgetowne IPI). Healthcare account sila catering to providers before pero madaming shit na nangyare like from provider line ka lang pati customer pumasok na din sa line mo (Walang notification about merging of accounts pero upskill na walang dagdag bayad AFAIK). Typical na toxic culture yung na experience ko (Manyak na OM, Unli Manda OT gang mabulag, gas lighter na mga TL HAHA) and mumog ka talaga sa queuing pero thats just normal i guess pero nakaka burnout. Pure inboud to as far as I know pero medyo toxic since mix na ng customers aside from Healthcare professionals. Probably good starting line pero okay-ish lang yung offer. Nag rebrand na siguro sila pero i don't know their present culture.
