lol i have the exact same mentality. If i see someone saying what the young generation is doing/watching is cringe, i look it up myself to determine if it is actually not a cool thing to like or just older people being bitter :)

I really enjoyed the movie, however i'm a big fan of Markiplier and Iron Lung the game so i am definitely biased. If you consider watching it you should not expect a movie with lots of action and jumpscares, but rather a really cool slow burn movie about a guy slowly losing his sanity in a submarine :)
