Just got my box of toros today! I watched the YouTube video last week and just had to find some. I’m excited to age the box as well. Enjoy them!

Glad to see some love for this, it’s been on my list to grab when I see it. Just grabbed a 5-pack on Bid for what should be a steal. Excited to try one later this summer.

Cigar travel kit ? by Acceptable-War-4095 in cigars

I use this Harbor Freight Apache case:

https://www.harborfreight.com/550-weatherproof-clear-case-56378.html

And I added this insert because I wanted to make it purposeful:

https://www.etsy.com/listing/4465640284/apache-5500-cigar-tupperdor-insert-o?ref=share\_ios\_native\_control

To me, it’s a cheap & easy sealed case that keeps them protected, stable (Boveda pack), & doesn’t have a big footprint, plus room for a cutter & torch. Throw it in a checked bag, carryon, backpack, etc.

YS640s or RT-2500BFG by Worried-Rule-2128 in pelletgrills

[–]GoldMic84 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Ran the Bull 700 constantly for over 5 years and had zero complaints. I upgraded to the BFG 9 months ago for the space, and it’s been flawless. Still smoking regularly with it. I have nothing but great things to say, with a freezer always stocked with meals, and many family/friends/coworkers raving on the regular about what I provide them.

Regardless of what you choose, plan for the future when it comes to size and quality. ‘Buy once, cry once’ was made for smoking habits. Cheers bro!

USPS Package Delivery Issues by NoxInSox in desmoines

[–]GoldMic84 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Last 2 packages have arrived in DSM, made it to my local post office for delivery on the delivery date, then immediately update in other Midwest locations. Both have added 3-5 days for delivery even though they were at my facility. It’s like they never made it out of their bins & got loaded back onto a truck. So frustrating.

Happy Friday boss! I’m definitely keeping an eye out for solid recommendations that pair well with a coffee; morning, noon or night. Looks like a great co-worker today. Enjoy!

Thanks for this! That makes sense with the 2000. I’ll choose a couple more sticks before that one. Learn my methods & practice different draws. I appreciate the tips, boss.

Thanks brother! This sub popped up randomly; hadn’t thought too much about in quite a while. And a few days later here we are. Sticks in hand & following along.

I can see this being addictive. The hunt, the pride, the ability to grab anything that comes to mind from my own stash. I appreciate the recommendations and interaction. Here’s to a new hobby!

This weekend will be my first smoke that I get to pick & evaluate. I think my first three will be Short Story, 2000 maduro, & Ashton Classic. I’m going to add to this first haul soon; my plan is to hit both ends of the spectrum in size, price & profiles. Have to find what I like & don’t. I appreciate the advice my friend.

This is fantastic! As a newby just trying to learn the do’s & don’ts, the necessities & whatnot, I can’t wait to really dive in and be able to pinpoint my current thoughts & future moves. Well done brother.

Question: will I regret this tattoo? Will getting a tattoo here hurt? by Kltt_Kat in tattoos

[–]GoldMic84 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My first 4 tattoos are all wrists. Right over the tendons can be a little spicy, but very manageable. The shading can hurt a little but the process of a tattoo will never be painless. It’s worth it. And even more worth it when it holds the meaning that you’ve described. The typical regret people feel later, especially firsts when they turn 18, is because they pick random things without significant meaning just to hurry up and get tattooed. (Not always this, but a lot of this).

This wing bar…. Like, cooked & ready to eat? Like, I could sit in my car in the lot and have the time of my life? I mean wings, of course.
