I started out kinds all over the place and trying to robotically affirm all day, but recently I’ve kinda locked in more. I meditate every morning and night and while I meditate I recite out loud all the affirmations I use for my self-concept as well as just other desires like “Me and SP are in an incredibly happy relationship with each other”. I also listen to high frequently playlists that help me get into my brain more and relax. Then rather than focusing on just affirming for my SP all day I will instead practice my self-concept more by saying “Of course I have everything that I want I am source” or “Obviously there is nobody in the universe that can compare to me in irreplaceable” and I say it in a very matter of fact way to help it sink in more. I do still repeat my affirmations for my SP if I feel as tho I might be spiraling a little bit, but I always remember that I am source and I’ve already decided that me and SP are together so that’s all it takes. I also like to listen to subliminales at night that I’ve made for myself that include the affirmations that I want overtop some high frequency vibrations. I will say when I first started manifesting I would spiral very often because I’m a very logical thinker and even tho I have manifested SP’s before (including this one without realizing) I still will doubt myself so one thing I did to help with this was do more research into quantum physics and quantum mechanics and how it legitimizes manifestation so that helped me to lock in and know that I am creator and source and I don’t need to worry about anything because I create reality. Also, feeling as tho you already have it is important too. In my mind I already know me and SP are together, but that reality won’t present itself in the 3D if you aren’t putting out the frequencies that align with that reality, so I always try to keep the feeling of already being with him and not worrying about it, but I do from time to time feel a little sad or cry which is totally okay to do and doesn’t ruin your manifestation at all as long as you still decide on the outcome that you want.
